Carderia (“we”, “our”, or “us”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and protect your personal information when you use our Services in Egypt, including on-demand card printing and tournament registration. By using our Services, you consent to the practices described here.
1. Information we collect
- Account data: name, email address, password hash, profile image (if provided).
- Order data: billing details, payment confirmations from Paymob, order history.
- Uploaded content: card images or artwork you upload for printing. These files are processed automatically and deleted once printing is complete, except where retained briefly for reprints or defect handling.
- Tournament data: registration details, entry fee payments, QR code for check-in, tournament results.
- Logs & technical data: IP address, device/browser info, and audit logs for security (e.g., login attempts).
2. How we use your information
- To provide and operate the Services (print orders, tournament entries).
- To process payments through Paymob.
- To communicate with you (order confirmations, event info, support).
- To detect, prevent, and address fraud or abuse.
- To comply with Egyptian legal and accounting obligations.
3. Sharing of information
- Service providers: printing partners, couriers, payment processor (Paymob), and IT hosting providers, strictly to perform services on our behalf.
- Legal compliance: if required by Egyptian law, court order, or to protect our rights and users.
- We do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties.
4. Data retention
- Accounts: kept until you delete your account or request erasure.
- Orders & invoices: retained for 5 years to comply with accounting and tax record-keeping obligations.
- Audit logs: retained for 2 years for security and fraud monitoring.
- Verification & reset tokens: expire and are deleted within 90 days.
- Uploaded artwork: deleted after print completion, unless needed temporarily for reprints or defect resolution (max 30 days).
5. Your rights
Under Egyptian law, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete your personal data. You can manage much of your data in your account settings. To exercise other rights, contact us at support@carderia.space.
6. Security
We use industry-standard measures to protect your data, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), secure storage of password hashes, and limited access to personal data. However, no online service can guarantee absolute security.
7. Cookies & tracking technologies
We use cookies and similar technologies to operate and improve our Services:
- Essential cookies: required for login, session management, and keeping your account secure. These cannot be disabled.
- Preference cookies: remember your theme or language settings.
- Analytics (minimal): we may use privacy-respecting analytics to understand usage patterns and improve performance. These do not identify you personally.

8. Children’s privacy
Accounts are for users aged 16+. Tournament participation may be available from 12+ with guardian consent. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 12.
8. International transfers
Our Services are intended for use in Egypt. If your data is processed outside Egypt by our service providers (e.g., hosting providers), we ensure reasonable safeguards are applied.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the revised version with an updated effective date. For material changes, we will provide an in-app notification dialog.
